The demand for learning Spanish has doubled over the past 10 years and is ever increasing. Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world and is the mother tongue of 7% of the entire population. It is also one of the most important and influential languages in international business and politics.
Students from 14 - 17 years of age can study at Spanish Schools in Spain (ages for partner schools may vary) with the Spanish for Teenagers program. This course is essentially the same as any General Intensive Spanish course.
If you form a study group of teenagers sharing the same language level, then a customized group program would be beneficial. If not, junior students may be placed in general classes with students of all ages.
The most significant differnce between the junior courses and the regular Spanish Schools in Spain courses is the choice of accommodation. All teenagers will live with Spanish host families. We believe that the home stay experience is essential for teenagers to feel at home, comfortable and part of a family... plus it's the best way for them to be fully immersed in the Spanish way of life without missing home!
